At NH ONE, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
📦 Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within Same Day to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery may take longer during high-volume periods or due to external factors like weather conditions or strikes.
💰 Shipping Charges:
- FREE Shipping on Prepaid and Partial Payment orders.
- For COD orders a nominal shipping charge of ₹100 or ₹200 will be applied at checkout (varies by Cart Value).
🗺️ Delivery Areas:
- We currently deliver pan-India.
- For remote areas, delivery times may be longer.
📦 Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/Whatsapp to monitor your shipment’s progress.
❌ Delayed or Undelivered Orders:
- If your order is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you.
- If the product is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
🛑 Non-Serviceable Areas:
- In case our delivery partners cannot service your PIN code, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
